Published Research

The FHSQ is widely used internationally as an important foot health outcome measure. Its ease of use, high degree of validity, reliability and repeatably make it a practical adjunct to both laboratory or clinical research.  The  seminal article published in 1998 details the psychometric development of the FHSQ. Bennett, P.J, et al Development and validation of a questionnaire designed to measure foot-health status in the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association 1998. 88(9): p.419-428.

The articles listed below provide a detailed record of how the FHSQ has been implemented in over 100 trials, thereby demonstrating the tools "clinical utility", the ultimate measure of a tools usefulness to the broader community.
